Information we receive

When you request a quotation, Montrose receives the contact details, journey addresses, dates, times, passenger and luggage information, vehicle preference and notes that you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in free-text fields.

How we use it

We use this information to review your transport requirements, contact you, prepare a quotation and administer any booking that is later agreed. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests are stored in a private Sanity dataset and transactional emails are sent through Resend. Google Maps and Places receive location searches or routes when you use address suggestions or an interactive map. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Campaign information

If you arrive through an advertisement, identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM parameters may be carried through the website URL and included with your request so Montrose can understand which campaign produced the enquiry. This does not by itself enable optional analytics cookies.

Browser storage

Initial journey details may be held temporarily in session storage so they can be carried into the request form, then removed when that form loads. Names, email addresses and phone numbers are not saved to browser storage by this process.

Contact contact@montroselondon.uk to ask about information you have submitted or to request that it is corrected or deleted. Additional business identity, retention and statutory rights information should be added here when the operating entity is finalised.
