Requests and bookings

A journey request, vehicle selection or acknowledgement email does not confirm a booking. Availability, the final vehicle arrangement, price and booking terms must be expressly agreed before travel is booked. No payment is collected by this website.

Prices

Any displayed starting price is indicative and applies only to the stated route or hire conditions. Your quotation confirms applicable VAT, airport charges, waiting, parking, mileage, additional stops and any other charge. Return journeys are quoted separately unless stated otherwise.

Vehicles

Vehicle images show the intended class and style. A specific model, registration or configuration is confirmed only when expressly agreed. Passenger and luggage capacity must be checked for the complete party and load.

Before confirmation

Payment, cancellation, amendments, waiting time, delays, accessibility, child seats, passenger conduct and liability will be set out in the terms supplied with an accepted quotation. Sending the form does not create those obligations.
