Can you arrange a group transfer from Heathrow or Gatwick to a London hotel?
Yes. Send the airport, flight number, terminal, scheduled arrival, passenger count, luggage and complete hotel address. The collection plan and proposed vehicle are confirmed in the written quotation.
Can a group be collected from St Pancras International?
Yes. Include the train service, scheduled arrival, passenger total, luggage and onward address. The final meeting point is agreed with the journey arrangements.
Which vehicle is suitable for a group airport transfer?
A Mercedes V-Class can suit a smaller party, a luxury minibus can carry up to 16 passengers, a mini coach up to 30 and a coach up to 55. Practical capacity depends on luggage and the exact vehicle configuration.
Can several arrival groups be coordinated?
Yes. List each flight or train separately with its passengers, luggage and lead contact. Montrose can review staggered collections or several vehicles as one movement plan.
Can I request a return journey to the airport?
